Using Administrator

I just wanted to know how you use the Administrator acount or sign in as Administrator does not have that account at login.

Still dont know if I am signed in as Administrator or not still cant run some things unless I run as Administrator. How do I check. I know in 5270 I could delet the user account and sign in as Administrator or even switch user to sign in as Administrator. I cant get my network working without Administrator settings. Any help please

Thanks for the link that was useful. I'm trying to get IIS7 installed on 5380 and couldn't find the administrator account.
