When I log into the LAN using my network login name, there is a "Windows NT/2000" tab on the Novell login screen for specifying a local account to use, in which I put "administrator". In other words, it logs me into the network using my network login name, but it logs into the local OS using "administrator".

then, I'm at a loss as to how somone could have gained access to the Administrator account. I have even changed the password two days ago, but we were blocked again from our ISP yesterday afternoon.
